"America's, including VA's,  public schools are boated with bureaucracy and skinny on RESULTS", unless humanism, racism (all races), secularism, and socialism are the markers for success!

Annual Savings if Administration and Other Non-Teaching Staff Had Increased (Decreased) at the Same Rate as Students, FY1992 to FY 2009, VA: $2,071,517,696 !

Shame on our legislators who now demand more for education, transportation, and other government funded initiatives WITHOUT looking at at their obscene wasteful spending as they cater to the school administrator unions!
