If you have not seen this yet, The House is approving a bill, HR 1433 to overturn a 2005 Supreme Court Kelo Decision on an Eminent Domain Ruling. It is important because it helps to restrengthen private property rights at the Federal level if it passes. Please feel free to forward on.
Congratulation to the people of Georgia and Tennessee for working with their legislatures to help educate and successfully introduce legislation to help protect private property rights against Agenda 21 in these states. A lot is going on nationally.
