New proffer law could undercut Chesterfield school revitalization - Chase, Ingram, Robinson & Sturtevant all voted for the law.

Obenshain, Chase, Ingram, Robinson & Sturtevant may have cost Loudoun county $33,000,000 with the new proffer law.
Chesterfield citizens may only lose $6-9 million annually, which they/we will have to make up in increase taxes.

American Hunters – The World's Largest Army......what army of 2 million would want to face 30, 40, 50 million armed citizens?

A maximum of 250 age-restricted apartment units to be built on a 25-acre parcel at the intersection of Midlothian Turnpike and Winterfield Road.

To 375+ Patriots, "Billion$ Bikeways" is more "white privilege" for the "affluent" ........ mtg on 4/26

The average pastime cyclist/biker is white, more educated and earns an above average income.

This is why a few members of our BOS want to attract more "engineers" to live in Chesterfield.

The "engineers" will more likely move to Midlothian than any other district. However, the residents of the other four districts must give up, against their will, more of their tax dollars and their property rights to support the new affluent residents in Midlothian.

Bikeways is a cancer planned to touch every part of Chesterfield and will affect the property rights and freedoms of every citizen and …... even developers. Of course, developers will recover their cost in the price of your new home.

Everyone will be expected to give up more wealth and freedom for the benefit of the few.

"Sportsbackers' Billion$ Bikeways" is an intrusive, expensive program that must stopped.... The county has already issued 3 checks to Sportsbackers totalling $81,000.

By the time this 350 mile, mega park is finally completed the annual maintenance alone will be "mind blowing" and the total of its development cost plus many years of ever increasing annual maintenance costs will far surpass $1 billion.

Go to Sportsbackers' site http://www.sportsbackers.org/ and check out the pictures of the people who have the money, the time and the equipment to enjoy cycling. You and I are probably not there and neither is the average taxpaying citizen of Chesterfield County.

A suggestion

 
I keep getting emails from McCarthy asking for what I consider to  be the most important issue, (though a donation is the main object ) but the TPP is not an option I can check and his web page will not take a message from anyone outside his district.

Dear Honorable Kevin McCarthy,

 

As House Majority Leader you are representing me even though I do not live in your district.

And you send me emails wanting my opinion as to what issue I consider to be most important, but then don't give me the opportunity to tell you.

 

The most important issue facing us is the TPP which would destroy our sovereignty as a free and independent nation.

 

I understand that Paul Ryan is supporting it .    Please ask him  to read it.  And, you voted for Fast Track.   I trust that you would  read it as well before voting on it.

 

By the way,  a free trade agreement would take about one or two pages. What is in the other hundreds in TPP?

To 375+ Patriots, .....Come to our CCPC meeting Tuesday 4/26, 630pm Room B - LaPrade Library

On 4/26 at 6:30PM in Room B of the LaPrade Library at 9000 Hull Street Rd, Richmond, VA 23236. 


The Chesterfield County Patriot Caucus is not a group but a meeting that will be held every month.

It is an opportunity for Patriots to meet and share information and solicit other patriots to 
help them with their particular project or concern.  "Govt must Always be Confined And Controlled."

There will be a moderator & you have the floor for 2-3 minutes to originally address your concern.
After all patriots have had their original speech, the floor will be open to more detailed discussion.

The idea is to have all items originally covered in one hour so those who wish to can go home after 
having their say.  If you have a question someone can answer it or talk with you about it later.

For the rest of us we will stay through the second hour for even more detailed discussion.

This is my plan but as you know most war-plans do not last through the first battle.

But please come - MOST PATRIOTS DO NOT KNOW THE DETAILS YOU DO, SO SHARE.
