This week we took on the most significant U.S. federal court case in defense of Israel's legitimacy as a Jewish state. Sign the Petition Now Palestinian agitators opposed to the existence of the State of Israel have filed a billion-dollar lawsuit against numerous charities, major U.S. corporations, and even a pastor - who dare do business in or support Israel. The 200-page complaint alleges "war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide" merely for supporting Israel. It's an absurd and outrageous misuse of federal courts to delegitimize Israel globally. We won't allow it. We just entered the case in what could be a years-long fight against powerful anti-Israel forces. I've defended Israel at the International Criminal Court and at the United Nations.
