ACLU wants police banned from keeping Ferguson protesters moving

The ACLU is in federal court here today asking for an end to the "keep moving" rule that police enforced during recent protests in Ferguson. ACLU lawyers argue that police have no legal basis for telling people, under threat of arrest, that they cannot stay in one spot for longer than five seconds.

Obama's Narcissism a Threat to National Security
