Hobby Lobby’s Battle Against Obama Admin’s HHS Mandate Heads to Supreme Court
The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments next week in Hobby Lobby’s battle to protect itself from the HHS mandate that is apart of Obamacare. Hobby Lobby is challenging the mandate in court because it doesn’t want to be forced to pay for birth control and abortion-causing drugs for its employees.

The U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments for the landmark case of Sebelius v. Abortion Clinic Found Storing Remains of Aborted Baby in Fridge With Medications
Police executed a search warrant on Ulrich G. Klopfer’s Women’s Pavilion abortion clinic in South Bend, Indiana, seizing documents and other property on Wednesday, March 19, 2014.

Police from the St. Joseph County Special Victims Unit participated in the raid. It is unknown exactly what kind of documents or other evidence the search warrant allowed police to take. 1-Pound Baby Kept Alive in Sandwich Bag Celebrates Her First Birthday
Little Lucia Sansbury weighed just one pound after she was born prematurely. She was so small that she was kept alive in a sandwich bag by doctors at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth, England who did their best to keep her alive and help her grow.

Judge Postpones Decision Again in Justina Pelletier’s Parents’ Custody Request
Earlier this week a judge made the parents of Justina Pelletier wait until Friday for an answer in their lawsuit as they attempt to regain custody of their daughter. Now they’re going to have to wait until next Tuesday.

Justina’s parents and their pro-life attorneys appeared in court today along with DCF officials. Angry Abortion Activists Vandalize Cross Memorial, Threaten to Kill Pro-Lifers
When a woman vandalized the post-abortion memorial crosses at the 40 day prayer vigil in front of the Bakersfield FPA abortion chamber, a teenage vigil participant told her to stop. When she reportedly moved toward him in a threatening manner, the teenager sprayed her with pepper spray to thwart an anticipated assault.

About 30 minutes later, the woman returned with her husband, who shouted death threats, claiming that he was “god” and joined his wife in further vandalizing vigil resources. Tell him to please protect homeowners in VA against the HOAs. He must stop/kill this bill!    HB 791 - Condominium and Property Owners' Association Acts; rule enforcement, appeals R. Delegate Jim LeMunyon, DelJLeMunyon@house.virginia.gov    My HOA has fining people for the most ridiculous things. 100/105 townhomes received violation letters last year. HOAs continually change the ARB regulations without getting our input, and what's worse is they changed the BY LAWS to give the BOD so much more power to change whatever they want. These control freaks must be stopped. HB 791 is bad, bad, bad for homeowners living in HOAs! I am one of them and it scares me to see how out of control power hungry people they are! Most owners are afraid to speak out against them, but I have, and will continue. I know I made some impact on the Board because they are now having their meetings at a public school. They fought me last year when I was a Board member and I wanted to take the annual meeting every June out of Tot Lot Parking Lot to an indoor location such as a public library or school. They even held their violation hearings in the home of the president of the HOA. They have broken so many of the property owners laws. But they didn't listen, until they started to attack another Board member after I resigned after 11 months of torture. He began to see the light from all my emails to them. He ran the ARB with the president. We've had no active ARB, rather the president walks the community with the management manager.    Thus all those new rules would be null and void, and yet they sent out the violations and forced people to comply. When voting online by the BOD, it must be unanimous to pass. My one neighbor who has a renter living there had to replace his driveway. They forced almost everyone in the community to STAIN their decks and fences and the colors had to match inside and out. There are so many others, but will not mention them here. Please send Del LeMunyon and other delegates to stop this power money making
